[FIX] Sync fixer for SGY's CM7 (based) ROMs

This is a fix that made by myaservip@xda-dev. It is for fixing bugs in syncing accounts. This bug isn't solved yet neither by percy_g2@xda-dev nor bieltv.3@xda-dev.
